All our cakes require at least 3 days’ notice and are available to pick-up at the café on a date of your choosing between 11am and 3pm.

Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order, please note the following:

  • If you cancel more than 3 days before your booked date, we will issue you a full refund for the rest of the amount you have already paid.
  • If you cancel less than 3 days before your booked date, we will issue you a voucher refund which you can use towards purchasing another cake or other items on our online shop. Alternatively, you can also use the voucher when dining in at the café.
  • Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate same-day cancellations. Your order will be forfeited and you will not receive any refund for same-day cancellations.
