World Vegan Day High Tea with THATH

PRE-ORDERS

Vegan High Tea sets will be available to pre-order online from Sunday, October 11th.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cater to any other dietary requirements for this High Tea set apart from it being vegan. Please read the menu carefully before placing your orders.

PICK-UPS & DELIVERIES

Pick-up and Delivery of High Tea sets are available on the following dates: 

• October 29th, Thursday
• October 30th, Friday
• October 31st, Saturday
• November 1st, Sunday (World Vegan Day!)

You can expect your order to arrive any time between 11am and 3pm on any of these dates. Delivery is available for post codes that are up to 25km driving distance from the café.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

• Cancellations will be accommodated if we’re given notice of at least 7 days.
• In case you need to cancel your order and this is made at least 7 days prior to the event, you will receive your refund in the form of a gift voucher.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days may not be issued a refund.

PRICING & INCLUSIONS

The Vegan High Tea set comes in sets for 2 only. Each set is $95 and includes the following:

• 5 kinds of Savouries
• 6 kinds of Sweets
• Bowl of Fresh Fruit with Chocolate Dipping Sauce
• Scones
• Condiments
• 2 kinds of Loose-Leaf Tea
• 2 bottles of Sparkling Drinks

Each set will also come packed with the following:

• Printed Menus
• Floral Napkins
• Set of Instructions for Setting up your High Tea table

Unless otherwise specified, each set will come with 2 serves of the following items:

Savouries

• Curried Sandwich – Rye Bread, Tofu, Vegan Mayonnaise, Herbs & Curry Powder (contains WHEAT/GLUTEN, ONION & GARLIC)
• Vietnamese Spring Roll – Cabbage, Carrot, Herbs, Cucumber, Bean Shoot, & Sweet Chilli Sauce (contains WHEAT/GLUTEN, ONION & GARLIC)
• Pumpkin Pinwheel Wrap – Pumpkin Bread with Roasted Pumpkin & Pesto (contains WHEAT/GLUTEN & NUTS)
• Eggplant & Tomato Moussaka – Vegan Puff Pastry with Eggplant & Tomato Filling, Potato Béchamel (contains WHEAT/GLUTEN, SOY, ONION & GARLIC)

SETTING UP

Whether you’re having High Tea inside your home, out in your backyard or balcony, or at one of the parks for a picnic, lay out your setting to impress with just a little bit of effort required.

Venue

Have it indoors in your dining area or even your living room, for a nice change.

Since it’s the Springtime, an outdoor setting will be great especially on a nice, dry and sunny day. Your balcony or your backyard can be your appointed venue, or the closest park will do.

Props

Any High Tea deserves your best crockery, silverware, tea set & wine glasses. A tiered stand is best to present your savouries & sweets if you’ve got one. Alternatively, platters or boards, or a combination of both will do the trick.

A nice table cloth or any linen to cover the dining or coffee table or a picnic blanket or mat if you’re having High tea outside.  Finally, placemats and napkins to finish off your overall look.

Add a splash of colour with a bouquet of fresh or fake flowers in a bowl or a couple of your favourite potted plants. If you’re planning your High Tea closer to the evening, a couple of candles will make the mood a little bit more romantic.
