It is happening! We’re bringing back Mother’s Day High Tea this year!!! Mark your calendars and treat mum to the Best ever High Tea experience yet on the 12th of May 2019!

Date & Session Times

On Mother’s day, Sunday the 12th of May we are running three 1.5-hour sessions during the following times:

• SOLD OUT: Breakfast: 9:30am-11:00am
• SOLD OUT: Lunch: 12:00pm-1:30pm
• SOLD OUT: Afternoon: 2:30pm-4:00pm

Bookings

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING BOOKING REQUESTS AT THIS POINT.

We will start accepting bookings on Monday the 8th of April. Gather your family, your friends or colleagues; finalise your numbers; and when the 8th of April comes around, send an email to functions@hhcafe.com.au with the following information:

• Your Full Name and Contact Number
• Number of pax (need a minimum of two to make a booking)
• The Session you’d like to book for (9:30am, 12nn or 2:30pm)
• Special Dietary requirements (we can only cater for Vegetarian and Gluten-free)
• Full Name/s and the total number of Mothers in the group
• Number of elderly or disabled guests in the group (this information is being asked only to help our team finalise seat assignments for the day)

Pricing & Inclusions

High Tea on Mother’s Day costs as follows:

• $89 per adult
• $59 for children aged 12 and under
•  

If any of the kids you are bringing are happy to share food with you and don’t need their own set, just note this when you make the booking and we would be happy not to charge the fee for the kids who will share the food with the adults.

This Mother’s Day High Tea experience includes:

• High Tea featuring a special set of savouries & sweets
• Scones and Condiments
• 1 Glass of Complimentary Champagne per Adult and Non-alcoholic Beverages
• Special Gift Pack for the Mothers in your group

We’ve signed up again this year to Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea. A portion of your payment for Mother’s Day High Tea will go towards a donation to Cancer Council. If you’d wish to make any additional donations, you can visit our fundraising page.

Terms & Conditions

Due to the popular demand and the high volume of booking enquiries, note the following terms and conditions when making a booking for Mother’s Day High Tea:

• Bookings will only be processed via email at functions@hhcafe.com.au. All booking enquiries made via any other channel (i.e. phone, in-store, social media, etc.) will be directed to our email.
• To make the booking process easier, please be ready with ALL the requested information (see Bookings section above) when you send us your first email.
• Take note that there will be a different floor layout on Mother’s Day. Seat requests will be noted, but our Events team will have final say on final seat assignments.
• Bookings will need to be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving an invoice. When your payment is made in full, only then will your booking be confirmed.
• Bookings that lapse the payment grace period (48 hours from receipt of invoice) will be automatically cancelled without any notice to allow the next group waiting in the queue to book. If this happens, you’ll need to go through the booking process all over again and only if there are any seats left available.
• Any changes, including cancellations, can be made up to 7 days before the 12th of May. Note that any increase in numbers will be subject to review as sessions book out very quickly.
• Refunds will NOT be made to your nominated credit card or bank account.
• Any amount owing you due to any changes or cancellations will be issued via a gift voucher for future use at the café for up to a year – no exceptions. The voucher can be used for any dine in or cake purchases at the café or you can use it to make a future High Tea booking as well.
• The event will be photographed and filmed. Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for future promotions. If you do not wish to appear in any of the photos or videos, please let us know when you make your booking so we can let our filming crew know.
• Take note that our Mother’s Day event in 2018 sold out within 3 days from the event announcement. We advise you to finalise your booking as soon as you can to avoid missing out!
