It was a special day for The Hatter & the Hare family as Morgan turned one in the first week of January. With the Christmas Holidays just ramped down, the THATH team spent the early afternoon on the 5th of January preparing a simple spread for the birthday boy and his 40+ guests. With a Forest Fox theme as the main inspiration, the table spread was bedecked with white & orange-coloured balloons and in the middle was a fox-shaped balloon. The kitchen and pastry teams were also hard at work and rolled out these savoury and sweet treats in perfect bite-sized form: Savouries:
